Criminal Procedure in Indonesia upholds the principle of presumption of innocence in the process of investigation and prosecution. Criminal procedure describes the process through which the criminal laws are enforced. In order to protect the clients’ rights before the law, comprehensive preparation and prevention in litigation strategy on all stages of criminal proceedings and litigation including accompanying/guiding the client in police/authority witness examination, are parts of our experience in representing clients in criminal cases.
