Andhika Putra is one of the founding partners of Solis Advisors, having his expertise in corporate and commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions, investment law, real estate), construction, and capital market legal practices. He is also a registered member of Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM - Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal).

Prior to joining Solis Advisors, Andhika was a Senior Associate, majoring in the corporate commercial and banking and finance practice group, in Makarim & Taira S., one of the oldest and most prominent corporate law firm in Indonesia. There, he also gained vast experience and knowledge in construction services, port, mining, and banking and finance legal practices.
